Payment information

We do not store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN. Payments are processed directly by Shopify Payments and our payment gateway partners on their own secure, PCI-DSS compliant systems.

To send order confirmations, dispatch updates and delivery notifications.
To handle returns, exchanges, refunds and customer support requests.
To detect and prevent fraud, misuse and payment risk.

3. Who we share information with

Shopify, which hosts our online store and processes orders on our behalf.

Government or law enforcement authorities, where required by law.

4. Cookies

We use cookies to keep items in your cart, remember your preferences, keep your session secure and understand how our store is used. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the store may not work correctly if you do.

5. Data retention

We keep order and invoice records for as long as required under Indian tax and accounting law. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Support conversations are retained for a reasonable period to help with follow-up queries.
